Krays' Consulting Company (KCC) was founded in 2017 by brothers Joshua and Matthew Kray with a shared vision to empower entrepreneurs, individuals and businesses across the globe

With offices in Chicago(USA), Toronto(CA), and London(UK), KCC has established itself as a trusted consultancy for both startups and established enterprises seeking expert guidance, strategic insight and growth acceleration.

Our Founders
Joshua Kray – Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
At just 30 years old, Joshua Kray brings over 11 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience to KCC. Beginning his career in business acquisitions, Joshua founded and built a successful company which he sold within five years for $11 million USD.
After immigrating from the United Kingdom to Chicago, he transitioned into the automotive industry, where he served as Finance Manager and later as Director/GSM for one of the city’s largest automotive groups.
His leadership, financial expertise, and strategic acumen fueled rapid growth and profitability — inspiring him to launch his own company and now KCC, to help others achieve similar success.
Matthew Kray – Co-Founder & Marketing Strategist
Matthew Kray is a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire (UK), holding multiple degrees in Sports Media and Business Marketing. With a strong background in content creation, personal brand marketing, and strategic business development, Matthew brings a creative and analytical approach to KCC’s client portfolio.
His expertise in building brand visibility, optimising marketing performance, and creating impactful media strategies allows clients to connect authentically with their audiences and drive measurable results.
